Terms and Conditions for Online Vehicle Appraisal

Vehicle Appraisal Estimate
You acknowledge that by using this online appraisal tool (hereinafter referred to as “Tool”) your offer is valid for 14 days upon electronic receipt and is subject to an in-person visual inspection and confirmation of vehicle history, ownership, mileage, condition, and equipment. Any amount you owe which is more than the amount allowed on your trade-in will be added to the new amount financed subject to credit approval.

Contact Authorization
By requesting an appraisal range for your vehicle, you agree to allow the Dealership to contact you by any method that you supplied for contact information. By providing a mobile number you consent to receive phone calls and texts to that number. Below is further information regarding text messaging through this service.

1 . When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message with a link to provide information about your vehicle. If your vehicle is eligible, you will be presented an offer online. You will then receive a second text message with a link to that offer.

2 . The short code will only text you twice per inquiry, as a result of you sending a keyword to the short code. It will not text you again beyond that point, unless you text the short code again for a new inquiry.

3 . We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI,

Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4 . As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2 text messages per inquiry. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
